Once your order is dispatched from our kitchen (typically on Mondays), you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number, along with SMS updates from Australia Post if you have them enabled with AP. We adjust our bake schedule around WA public holidays to ensure your cookies arrive fresh. We know how much everyone (including our team!) loves long weekends, so we adjust bakes around public holidays to land on the most practical business day: Most delivery days are shifted to the previous business day. Monday bake days are shifted to Tuesday. You will always receive advance notice via email or SMS if a holiday affects your specific Mandurah pickup or delivery.

Just in case something pops up, our driver will locate a safe, shaded spot to leave your treats (you can even let us know your preferred choice spot in the 'safe place' box on the order form just in case something pops up!).
